Tips for a Memorable Visit with
Santa Brent

• Santa will arrive at the time agreed upon, however please provide a contact # for Santa Brent to confirm his exact entrance time on the day of the event.

• Prepare a special parking place for Santa Brent and have a host meet him to  accompany him to the venue (if other than a private home)

• Prepare the venue for Santa with a prominent chair and backdrop/ proper lighting for  optimal photos. Also allow appropriate space  for group photos. 

• If desired,  consider making an announcement/ sing a song for Santa's grand entry!

• Keep the house a little cooler for Santa's comfort. Avoid putting him near a fireplace, which can make him too warm and result in poor photos.

• Consider background noise, as loud music or a rowdy crowd can make it hard to hear Santa. (consider a sound system if a large venue)

For a truly magical experience for your children, send Santa a short report about your child so the visit is personalized and special.  Please include in your child’s report their interests,  hobbies and any current news events involving the child.  Send your child’s report to Santa @ santbrentont@gmail.com

• Leave out snacks for Santa, like milk and cookies, mints, or carrots.

• Place payment in a Christmas Card so you don't have to hand Santa a check or cash and risk a child witnessing the transaction.

• Be prepared to distract children if they want to follow Santa outside after he leaves

• Be sure and advise Santa or Mrs. Claus if your event will have extra special children in attendance  who may require our special attention.

• Be sure and prepare in advance and discuss with Santa  anything extra special you wish Santa to say or discuss during his visit.
